Lieutenant-Commander R.N.V.R. James Vaudalle Fulton, ( – 20 April, 1945) served in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.

Fulton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.V.R. on 24 December, 1933.^[1]
