Captain Percy Todd, C.B.E., D.S.O. (19 June, 1895 – 24 October, 1943) served in the Royal Navy.

The son of Deputy Inspector General Howard Todd, R.N..^[1]

Todd was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 October, 1916.^[2]

Todd was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 October, 1924.^[3]

Todd was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1929.^[4]

Todd was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1936.^[5]

Todd commanded the depot ship Tyne from 1 June to 23 July 1942.^[6]

Todd died in the sinking of H.M.S. Eclipse.
