H.M.S. Sybille was one of sixty-two "R" class destroyers completed for the Royal Navy in 1916-17.

There was also a second class protected cruiser Sybille launched in 1890.

Service

She was reduced to Reserve at the Nore on 1 April, 1919.[8]
