H.M. T.B. 5 was one of thirty-six first-class torpedo boats of the Cricket class.

Originally named H.M.S. Spider, her name was changed to Torpedo Boat No. 5 in 1907.

Service

Lt. Oliver Clive Warner grounded T.B. 5 in March of 1912 due to a "lack of seamanlike precaution."

Captains

Dates of appointment are provided when known.

There seems to be some confusion between MacMillan and Barclay.
