Commander (retired) Hugh William Innes-Lillingston, (16 August, 1878 – 23 September, 1952) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Innes-Lillingston was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1901.[1]

Innes-Lillingston was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 June, 1909.[2]

Innes-Lillingston was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 17 February, 1910.[3]

In 1915, Innes-Lillingston received expressions of appreciation from the Admiralty for unloading a ship at Ascension and for erecting a W/T station there.[4]

Innes-Lillingston was promoted to the rank of Commander on 16 August, 1918.[5]
