Commander (retired) Cecil Charles Frederick Grey, (29 May, 1893 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

The son of Barrister-at-Law and Civil Servant Egerton Grey, Esq..

Grey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 February, 1916.^[1]

Grey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 February, 1924.^[2]

Grey was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander on 29 May, 1938.^[3]

On 2 February 1949, it was approved that Grey should be totally exempt from mobilisation.
