Lieutenant-Commander Alexander James Mackenzie, ( – December, 1942) served in the Royal Navy. We placed a (b) in the title of the page to differentiate him from a man by the same name who entered the Navy in 1862.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Mackenzie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 19 June, 1934.
World War II
Mackenzie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 19 June, 1942.
He was killed when P222 was lost.
