Commander (retired) Reginald Wilfred Lawrence, D.S.C. (13 May, 1890 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve and the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Lawrence transferred into the Royal Navy from the R.N.R..
Lawrence was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 19 December, 1914.
On 1 April, 1916, he was appointed to the "S" Class submarine S 1.
Lawrence was appointed in command of the destroyer Amazon on 12 November, 1918.[1]
Lawrence was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 19 December, 1922.
On 22 January 1926, he lost some ammunition from Wrestler and failed to notice to discrepancy.
In December, 1926 he received a negative evaluation from Admiral Osmond de Beauvoir Brock.
