Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. (retired) John Ibbotson Harrison, D.S.C. (16 May, 1888 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Early in the war, Harrison served in the armoured cruiser Minotaur. In April 1915 he moved to T.B. 116 and then, in May, to T.B. 14.
Harrison was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 98 on 14 October, 1916.[1]
Harrison was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 1 August, 1916.
Placed on the Retired List on 1 April, 1924, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 1 August, 1924.
