Commander R.N.R. Harry Vernon Seddall, R.D. (25 February, 1887 – 4 July, 1930) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Seddall was promoted to Midshipman on 6 February, 1905 and made Sub-Lieutenant on 12 November, 1912. Having recently been in Irresistible, he was graded as being able to read 15 words per minute by semaphore and 9 words per minute by flashing.

Seddall was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 2 August, 1915.
