Commander THE HONOURABLE Francis Robert Sandilands, (12 January, 1849 – 30 July, 1887) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Sandilands was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 23 April, 1872.
Sandilands was promoted to the rank of Commander on 18 November, 1882.
In 1884, Sanidlands was awarded the Royal Humane Society's Bronze Medal.[1]
He died in London on Cadogan Place.
