James Phillips Parker ( – ) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Parker entered the U.S. Navy on 10 June, 1973.[1]
Parker was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander on 30 June, 1900.[2]
Parker was ordered to leave the Panther to become executive officer of the protected cruiser Denver on 9 October, 1903, but this order was modified the next day and Parker became executive officer of the protected cruiser Columbia instead.[3]
