Commander (emergency) Rowland Etienne Sinclair Hugonin, D.S.C.* (14 November, 1900 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Hugonin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1922.
Transferred to the Emergency List 27 November, 1929.
Hugonin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (emergency) on 15 June, 1930.
World War II
Suffering from chronic anxiety, Hugonin was transferred to the Emergency List as medically unfit on 18 April, 1945.
Hugonin was promoted to the rank of Commander (emergency) on 3 September, 1945.
