Captain Francis Gilbert Jones, R.N., Retired (29 September, 1850 – 29 September, 1916) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Jones was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 22 December, 1874.
Jones was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1889.
Jones was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 12 January, 1898. He was promoted to the rank of Captain (retired) on 31 December, 1904.
