Lieutenant-Commander James Graham, (18 December, 1898 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Served in Barham as a Midshipman from September 1917 through the end of the war.
Graham was granted the acting rank of Lieutenant on 15 January, 1921.
Graham was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 February, 1921.
Graham was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 Feburary, 1928.
