Commander (retired) George Arthur Coxall Sharp, D.S.C. (2 August, 1891 – ) served in the Royal Navy. One of his Service Records notes his name as George Arthur Charles Sharp.

Life & Career

Sharp was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 April, 1913.

He was awarded the Russian Order of St. Anne Third Class for sinking ten ships in the Baltic.

Sharp was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 30 April, 1921.

Sharp was promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 2 August, 1933.
