The editor in action.

Simon Harley is a twenty-five year old law student and researcher of the Royal Navy in the Dreadnought Era.

He currently lives on the North West coast of England. His first article, on Balfour at the Admiralty, is in preparation. A biography of Earl Jellicoe is also in the works, and will hopefully be complete by the time of the Jutland centenary in 2016. His chief interest is the Flag List of the Royal Navy, and his contributions to this website in large part reflect that interest.
