Lieutenant-Commander Rupert Richard Devlin, (30 October, 1889 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Devlin was promoted to the rank of Mate on 16 October, 1914.
He was awarded the Royal Humane Society's Bronze Medal for a feat of lifesaving at sea on 20 May 1916.
Devlin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1917.
Devlin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in February, 1925.
