Lieutenant-Commander Arthur Edward Francis Lovell, ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

On 25 April, 1932 Lovell was appointed in command of the two "L" class boats in Group "D" Submarines in Reserve at Portsmouth.[1]
