Vice-Admiral (retired) Lachlan Donald Mackintosh, (11 November, 1896 – 20 March, 1957) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Mackintosh was awarded the Henry Leigh Carslake Prize for an essay submitted as a Naval Observer for the Fleet Air Arm.
