Commander R.N.R. (retired) Cyril Herbert Bromley (23 September, 1884 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Bromley was appointed Lieutenant, R.N.R. in Command of the destroyer Syren on 1 November, 1918.[1]
