Admiral of the Fleet SIR Alexander Milne, First Baronet, G.C.B., Royal Navy (10 November, 1806 – 29 December, 1896) was an officer of the Royal Navy in the Victorian era, who served twice as Senior Naval Lord on the Board of Admiralty.
Early Life & Career
In accordance with the provisions of the Order in Council of 22 February, 1870 Milne was placed on the Retired List on 11 November, 1876.[1]
