Life & Career

Constable was promoted to the rank of Mate on 28 August, 1913.[1]

Constable was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 28 April, 1916.[2]

Constable was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the destroyer Exe on 3 August, 1918.[3]
