Captain Colin Stuart Inglis, D.S.O., R.N., Retired (2 August, 1883 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Inglis placed first in his seamanship examination on passing out of Britannia, with 673 marks. He was fourth overall with 1,725 marks.^[1]
