Commander Herbert Gerald Briggs, R.N. (4 May, 1883 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Briggs underwent examinations in July, 1897 and gained entrance to Britannia's term of August, 1897, his 1307 marks placing him twenty-fourth among the sixty-three candidates accepted as naval cadets.[1]
