Life & Career

Pelly was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1915.

Post-War

Pelly was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 April, 1923.

Pelly was placed on the Retired List at his own request with a gratuity on 13 March, 1925.

Pelly was promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 26 July, 1932.
