Commander (retired) Thomas Arnold Benskin (23 January, 1892 – 4 March, 1939) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Benskin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1914.

Benskin was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the destroyer Colne on 14 October, 1918.[1]

Post-War

After Colne paid off, Benskin was appointed to join Dublin, on 11 September, 1919. He remained in her until being discharged to Half Pay on 19 May, 1920. He was then placed on the Retired List at his own request on 30 June, 1920.

Benskin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 39 June, 1922.

Benskin was promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 23 January, 1932.
