Lieutenant-Commander Colin Charles Lucas Mackenzie, Royal Navy (30 May, 1893 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Mackenzie was appointed in command of the submarine H 48 on 31 August, 1920.[1]
