THE HONOURABLE Edmund Rupert Drummond ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Drummond was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1906 and lent for duty under the Canadian government.[1]
Drummond was appointed in command of the light cruiser Capetown in July, 1927.[2]
