Engineer Rear-Admiral Ernest Frank Ellis, C.B., Royal Navy (21 December, 1855 – 31 January, 1944) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

CAREER Served European War, 1914–17

In the King's Birthday Honours of 3 June, 1916, Ellis was appointed a Companion in the Civil Division of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath (C.B.).[1]
