Lieutenant Charles Edwin Arthur William Cox (12 December, 1885 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Cox was made an Acting Gunner (T) on 10 July, 1914 and appointed to the battleship Albion in August.[1]
Cox was confirmed in rank of Gunner (T) on 30 July, 1915.[2]
Cox was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1918.[3]
Cox was appointed in command of the eight "E" class boats of Group "J" in reserve at Rosyth on 1 October, 1920: E 42, E 44, E 45, E 46, E 48, E 51, E 53 and E 55.[4]
