Reginald Yorke Smith, ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Smith was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 8 October, 1874.[1]
Curiously, there are evidently no Service Records for him. In active service in 1888, he disappears from the Navy Lists sometime prior to 1891.[2]
