Captain Patrick Stewart Erskine Maxwell, (15 January, 1886 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Maxwell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1907.[1]

Great War

Maxwell was appointed to Challenger as her navigating officer on 8 August, 1914.[2]

Maxwell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1915.[3]

On 8 August, 1918, he was appointed in command of the yacht Melisande, as part of the surveying service.[4]
