Isaac Foote Dortch (12 December, 1883 – 4 June, 1932) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Dortch joined the Navy on 22 May, 1901 in Alabama and was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 18 June, 1910.[1]
While stationed at the United States Naval Academy in 1911-1913, he was the captain of the U.S. Navy Riflery Team.[2]
Dortch was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander on 23 May, 1917.[3]
