John Howard Hoover, (15 May, 1887 – ) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Hoover was born in Ohio and entered the Navy on 12 June of 1903 in the state of Montana.
Hoover was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 July, 1914.[1]
