Admiral SIR Brian Herbert Fairburn Barttelot, K.B.E., C.B., C.V.O., Royal Navy, Retired (13 December, 1867 – 4 February, 1942) was an officer of the Royal Navy in the First World War.

Life & Career

Captain-Superintendent of Contract-Built Ships, Clyde District 1914-1917.

Bartellot was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 26 August, 1918, vice Henderson.[1]

Barttelot was appointed Admiral-Superintendent of Malta Dockyard on 1 November, 1918.

On 1 November, 1923 he was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral, vice Oliver, and placed on the Retired List the following day.[2]
