Maitland Walter Sabine Boucher ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Boucher was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 November, 1909.[1]
Boucher was appointed in command of the light cruiser Champion in December, 1931.[2]
