Admiral Francis Spurstow Miller, C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (25 November, 1863 – 6 February, 1954) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

On 18 May, 1917 Miller was appointed to take charge of the northern division of the naval command in Ireland, taking pressure off the leadership in Queenstown.[1]

Miller was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 1 September, 1918.[2]
