Details on this class are fairly sparse, as they were originally produced for foreign sale and so seem to have missed mention in Handbook for Fire Control Instruments, 1914 which would have been prepared soon after their seizure[Inference].
It might be reasonable to assume that their particulars resembled those of the Duncan class.[Inference]
