H.M. T.B. 19 was one of 19 first-class torpedo boats of the T.B. 1 class.
Service
In 1881, there were twenty first-class torpedo boats in all; and like most of her companions, T.B. 19 was fitted for Whitehead, although only partly. She was one of eleven boats serving out of Portsmouth.[5]
After 1886 she was considered to be unfit for service.[6] However she was not sold until 1899, having been listed in 1895 as one of four torpedo boats of less than 125 feet in length stationed in Portsmouth alongside twenty-three larger ones.[7]
