Richard Lloyd Hamer ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Hamer was appointed in command of the destroyer Kestrel on 1 April, 1913.[1]
On 13 September, 1916, Hamer was appointed in command of the destroyer Rowena.[2]
