Alfred Edward Whitehouse ( – 4 October, 1918) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Whitehouse was appointed in command of the submarine A 5 on 13 May, 1913.[1]
On 1 June, 1914, Whitehouse was appointed in command of the submarine C 4.[2]
Whitehouse was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 October, 1917.[3]
Whitehouse died when his L 10 was sunk by German destroyers after picking off the damaged torpedo boat S 33.
